Instant Noodle Soup

Ingredients:
Instant noodles 1 pack
Urban Farm 1/2 pack
Water 1 cup
Instant egg noodles that we eat in hard times or as an everyday sustenance food can be converted to health food by boiling with Urban Farm until cooked. Season to taste.

Fried Instant Noodles

Ingredients:
Instant noodles 1 pack
Urban Farm 1/2 pack
Egg 1 egg
Soy sauce 1 teaspoon
Oyster 2 teaspoon
Pepper to taste
Boil instant egg noodles with added Urban Farm. Then use a sieve to drain the water. Heat oil, put in pork and fry with eggs until done.

Season with soybean sauce , sugar and oyster sauce before putting in the egg noodles with Urban Farm. Fry further until cooked and top with pepper to taste before serving.

Instant Rice Porridge in a Pot

Ingredients:
Instant rice porridge 1 cup/pack
Urban Farm 1/2 pack
Water 1 cup
Boil half a sachet of Urban Farm in boiling water for 5 minutes. Then pour it with the water into the instant rice porridge, stir and serve hot straightaway.

Garlic and Mushroom Fried Rice

Ingredients:
Cooked rice 6 cup
Urban Farm 1 pack
Sliced pork 1 cup
Oyster 2-3 tablespoon
Soy sauce 1 tablespoon

Green Curry Sushi Roll

Ingredients:
Japanese rice grain 2 cups
Urban Farm Green Curry Seasoning 1 pack
Japanese seaweed for sushi roll 4 sheets
Drained Tuna 1 can
Mayonnaise 4 table spoon
Salt 1/8 tea spoon
1. Wash Japanese rice grains, drain, add into rice cooker, pour 540 cc of water and Urban Farm seasoning, stir and soak for 20 minutes
2. Then turn on rice cooker, stir after rice is done
3. Put seaweed sheet on a sushi wood roller, add rice all over the sheet until one inch to the end of the sheet
4. Stuff tuna along one side, roll it to the other end, apply few rice grains to seaweed sheet to stick 2 sides when making a roll
5. Cut into 8 pieces per 1 roll

Garlic & Shiitake Fried Rice in Omelet

Ingredients:
Steamed rice 2 servings
Urban Farm Garlic & Shiitake Fried Rice Seasoning 1 pack
Slice Chicken or pork 1 cup
Dice onion 1 medium size
Boil vegetables 1 cup
eggs to make thin omelet sheet 2 sheet
1. Stir fry onion with Urban Farm seasoning oil
2. Add steamed rice and Urban Farm seasoning powder and stir fry until mix.
3. Stir fry rice with cooked chicken/pork and vegetables thoroughly.
4. Portion fried rice on one serving plate and cover the rice with the thin omelet sheet

Indian Curry Karaage Chicken (Curry Batter-Fried Chicken)

Ingredients:
Chicken thigh 500 g.
Urban Farm Yellow Curry 1 pack
Tempura powder 1 cup
1. Cut one chicken thigh into 4-6 small pieces
2. Marinate chicken with Urban Farm Seasoning and oil for 30 minutes.
3. Mix tempura powder with water then apply marinate over chicken pieces.
